What a awesome stay Great little cabin type room with a little type patio and seating at door clean and spacious shower cubicle is a little small but didn t bother us at all would definitely stay here again. Great Italian restaurant over the road and the cracked egg fur breakfast didn’t disappoint. Great cafe ! Beautiful spot and drive there

Me and my partner had a cozy stay in Kernville inn. We thought it is located in a great area with a lot of restaurants, bars and markets around. The room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again for the price we payed and for the location. The down sides on our stay was that the shower head had a very low water pressure, AC didn’t work so well and it also made a huge sound and was located in the bathroom.

We thought it is located in a great area with a lot of restaurants, bars and markets around. The room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again for the location. The down sides on our stay the shower head had a very low water pressure when other people are showering in other rooms, AC didn’t work so well, thing that made up for shower/Ac, pool area the surrounding nature also the table and chairs outside the room the staff is very nice and welcoming. Thanks, will see you again.

Overall a good place to stay after a long trip. Staff is very friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. However the bathroom did not meet my expectations, the shower cubicle is very small, the sink looked old and worn. The pool area was clean, however the cushions on the sun loungers need replacement, they are ripped and badly stained as well as covered in pet hair. Washing machine and dryer worked well.

There’s not a lot of accommodation options in Kernville. I have stayed at the Kernville Inn on three or four different occasions. I always find the service to be good. The rooms are clean and the location is perfect. You’re right across from a park and the Kern River runs just behind the hotel. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Be sure to eat early because many of the restaurants close by 8 PM or so.

The inn hardly had any guests and they placed me in a room that had a connecting door to another room that was also occupied. I could literally hear the person breathing, blowing their nose and flush their toilet. Why? There were SO many other vacant rooms! Also they don’t answer their own phones, called 4xs, left a message and no returned call…rooms are not super clean. I’ve stayed at the other motels in town and they have much higher standards.

Stayed three nights with my son. The room was clean, beds comfortable. Air conditioning was struggling. Lovely setting in a very beautiful area. Really nice, friendly staff and, to my son's delight, a nice pool.

This little inn was so adorable. Nestled in the foothills its a cute little tourist town with 1 bar and 1 saloon and a couple of antique stores and some little restaurants. The Kern river ran right behind the inn and you could see tents and campers all along the river.
